"Yes" Resolution:
Wins if Neymar's name appears on the final official list released by the CBF for the tournament.
"No" Resolution:
Wins if the player's name does not appear on the final official list released by the CBF.
Important:
Only the final official list will be considered. Pre-lists, provisional squads, or media reports do not affect the resolution criteria. The market will resolve upon the official publication of the list by the CBF.
