This market predicts whether the listed financial institution will have its Extrajudicial Liquidation decreed by the Central Bank of Brazil between January 26, 2026, and December 31, 2026. The resolution will be based on the publication of the decree in the Official Gazette of the Union or in an announcement published on the official website of the Central Bank. The publication date of the act is considered for timeframe validity purposes. Mergers, acquisitions, voluntary incorporations, or interventions (RAET) that do not evolve into a definitive extrajudicial liquidation within the stipulated timeframe will not be considered for the positive resolution of this market.
